Wood Pallet Mountain Picture

This build was taken from a few different Redditors on the sub reddit r/woodworking. I thought it would be fun to try and I put my own little spin on things such as changing the species of wood and not using pallets. I thought that by using oak, aspen and mahogany that this would make the different species stand out amongst one another; especially after using some butcher block oil. Very please on how this turned out and I hope that you are too! Thanks for watching. Please Subscribe for more DIY videos.

Matthew Calabrese says:

That’s a neat project. Where did you get your wood from? My local lumber yards don’t have those types unfortunately.

JURO says:

really awesome man.. would suggest not to nail the woods, or nail it from behind, shorter nails would be good. just saying..

Jolien Brebels says:

Beautiful! Well done!

The one who knocks says:

Can I get the dimensions and plans?

David Moss says:

Awesome work man… how did you do the layout?

Robert Jones says:

Question: Could that be any more awesome?
Answer: No!

Grady Hunt says:

What is the angle for this type of cut? Thanks looks aweesome.

Robert Jones says:

I’ve seen others like this, but in MHO this is the best! $180 is a great price too. I sell a lot of things on Craigslist, I think if you live anywhere near a good sized population center this would sell on Craigslist quickly. When I first saw this I was in the process of rehabbing an old desk that needed a new top and Eureka!, this is the answer. You are very talented and I see you are teaching your boy too, good luck to you and thanks for the idea : -)
