Flip Cup Painting – Easy DIY Art | Painting Wood / MDF

Flip Cup Painting – This is another project in our MDF projects challenge. This is a very simple or easy painting idea that can make some really cool wall art, really fast. Amy has wanted to do this for some time now, so we decided to try it on MDF instead of canvas. It worked out pretty well.

This is a video in a series where we see how many projects we can make from one sheet of MDF. MDF is an extremely inexpensive, yet sturdy material that can be used to make an endless amount of things. We want to see just how may things we can make and try to stretch our imagination as we progress.

More Details – this project was an as we went project (no plans are included)

Philippines - Darrell Cheeks says:

Very cool

Dan The Maker Man says:

This reminds me of Peter Brown’s resin painting but a lot less expensive. Its a trippy result. Have you put a glossy clear coat on any of them?

Marcel's Workshop says:

That’s pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.

Dan Scott says:

Oh wow I love that. I just did a video on making frames for a painting that a buddy made for me. These remind me of his paintings. Very beautiful

Kaged Creations says:

Looks cool, i’ve never seen one in the oven before. Try adding a pouring medium to conserve paint! I’ve been doing this on a second channel, Kaged Art
