Barry Johnson says:

The last one is just a simple demonstration of Bernoulli’s Principle. The high speed air flow causes a low pressure area above the tool’s handle.

Sean Osgood says:

Wow what plumber needs to carry around sheet board your tips are lame

Gabriel Hernandez says:

hahahaa! Black belt plumber!

Mike Labor says:

The pex tube needs to be Pex A for it to rebound with heat.

RangerCaptain11A says:

don’t heat pex with a torch.

Nic Herme says:

Yawn

Nick Alary says:

I would not trust that pex trick

Jose Barrios says:

What kind of rope was that used to cut that abs pipe???

Jorge Vela says:

You shouldn’t recommend to heat pex (wirsbo) pipe, is not safe! Better to cut the line, use a coupling and not worry about anything for years to come.

Ron Swanson says:

Your half inch copper male that you wiped the flux off of did not take it is going to leak

Brian Chandler says:

Never apply for a job with me your soldering skills suck, bad advise ,never wipe flux until after solder has hardened if you don’t want boogers on your pipe use the correct amount of solder and don’t overheat the fitting!
Plumbing 101. That will be a hundred and sixty dollars please.

Samuel Mello says:

How much do BLACK BELT PLUMBER make?

joe Poe says:

Real plumbers have real methods to doing plumbing.
If you can’t afford a real plumber…you don’t deserve to own a house.

ronald Morrison says:

This must be for green horns

Nick Coote says:

All good, not sure if I’d trust the PEX after adding heat. It may straighten the pipe back, but it would also cause weakness in that area and may fracture the pipe in the future.

Justin Bergendahl says:

I wouldn’t call those tricks. I’d call that common knowledge in the trade. Tricks, would be if you magically plumbed an entire house with the snap of your finger.

Matthew Smith says:

Don’t forget putting bread in the pipes to temporarily soak up water so you can quickly solder your connection, comes in very handy when you have water dribbling in the line which will make a solder joint fail.

Tenth Dimension says:

Pretty lame!

Joe McPhail says:

Worthless

Yours First says:

Black magic plumbing bitch

D C says:

If you use your torch on pex it voids the warranty ( check the pex website) it works great if you use a heat gun and you save your warranty

Gene Henkel says:

Your not supposed to use a flame on pex.

John Barrow says:

(I use the SB removal tool when needed)

MR. Burns says:

Oh boy a wasted 2 minutes

Joshua Hethcote says:

When sweating copper heres a cool trick. Dont wipe your flux. Heat from the bottom side. While heating make sure you have a jerzee glove on your dominate torch hand. Now, if your a true tradesman, you know what capillary effect is. So with your jerzee glove on, working your heat from the bottom, heat primarily concentrated on the bottom of the fitting, then gently apply solder. If it starts to melt remove heat. Then apply in a motion from left to right from the top side of the fitting. When you become a plumbing ninja, then you have obtained the ability to sweep those nasty dog dicks from the bottom of your joint. Now back to the jerzee glove. If you have not mastered that sweeping technique with your roll of solder, then use your jerzee glove to flip off the nasty little spot.

Oh yeah, it might be hot, so dont blame me if your finger gets burnt. Lol. Next time move faster!!

Brian Craig says:

Thank You so much for for calling this plumbing tricks instead of “Hacks”
