If I put linear polarizing film between the flash and Fresnel do you think it will stay mostly polarized? for cross-polarization?

I actually ran across a guy at Celery Fields who had an external flash on his camera (in broad daylight .. taking shots of birds) and he had a Fresnel lens on the speedlite. I don’t know if he bought it or made it himself but I remember thinking “oh come on! what is that gonna do for birds at a long distance away?” .. well after watching your video maybe I was wrong!

i bought a used gary fong light diffuser that was missing the top and bought a 3 dollar fresnel magnifying sheet traced around the front of the diffuser and super glued it to to the edges and man what a invention, talking about throwing fill flash.
