Wow, so clever. Thank you!

Anne hedlund says:

Joann’s was blitzed by quilt hoop buyers! I am sure they didn’t know what hit them. they cancelled my order because “all gone”. You should warn the stores! I did find an idea on Youtube using hanger strapping metal rolls–about 1/2″ wide with small holes down the middle. You can bolt it together or put a long threaded rod up the middle. I saw it listed at Lowe’s in a copper plated version. Would be cool. The only problem is cutting the strapping, I assume with a hack saw? Aaron needs to get busy on this one!

Sherri Benson says:

Oh creativity! I can see these painted white and red with lights for Christmas decorations in window boxes❤️

Marilyn Baldwin says:

Very nice!

Shirley Senkler says:

Don’t know which size I like the most, they both turned out fantastic. I might do some sprayed Royal purple to match my lawn furniture.

Ann Laughlin says:

I made a ball with 2 wire baskets that you would hang from a shepherds hook. Very cute. Same idea.

Karen Graham says:

Thank you, you are so talented! Love all your videos. Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!

Jamie Westover says:

Wow. I love it!

nina nina says:

very nice

Canadian Permaculture Legacy says:

To make this even more functional, you can plant perennial polycultures in it, so that you can enjoy it year after year. Even better, food! Strawberries would be great in there, with various herbs for accent. Maybe a centerpiece blueberry shrub. We try to teach science through gardening, and combined with your artistic skills, watchers could combine both our channels and make living breathing food art!

Wildflower wind says:

So smart. They do make plastic embroidery hoops too. They would last longer outside.

Lisa Little says:

So glad you shared. Great idea to use hoops! I’ve been trying to DIY my own using the metal strapping used to secure ducts to ceilings in HVAC. Being metal, they’ll last longer but two things.. very flexible so shape easily distorts and the straps have holes. Maybe you can carry this idea further. Love your work.

pam bradshaw says:
