Here’s another furniture makeover! I purchased this tv console from my local Goodwill.

Sanding block
Microfiber cloth

That came out beautiful. I have a set of Alex drawers from IKEA that to paint with chalk paint. But I am afraid. I don’t want it to come out streaky. Did your piece come out smooth? Hard to tell unless you are looking at it up close.

I’m very new at this but I’ve noticed you use primer for some pieces but not for others, so my question is what is the deciding factor for using or not using primer? And does this apply to paint and primer in one?
