My first DIY explorations were building electronic drum pads, which amazingly work with my Eurorack modular synth to trigger drums, envelopes, clocks or anything that requires pulse.

Go look at ‘look mum no computer’s tin foil, drum sticks and 9v battery….but I recon you can do the same with a Maths 2/3 channel. Kraftwerk style.
